What a remap does for a diesel Vauxhall Omega
Nothing is bolted on in a diesel remap. The ECU's stored maps for injection quantity, rail pressure and turbo boost are rewritten within safe limits, and because diesels make power through torque, that is where the improvement is most obvious.

Among the 4 diesel Omega engines we have figures for, the 2.5 TD 130 ranks 1st for power gain, 10 bhp above the Omega diesel average of 38 bhp.
